If you are having problems logging in please ensure you are entering your email address EXACTLY as you entered it into our order form before placing your order. You can check this by checking the email you received from us. If you have not recieved an email check your spam box, if it isnt there you probably have given the wrong email with your order you will need to contact foneszone.

Please ensure that you are also entering your password exactly as you wrote it.

The fields are case sensitive ie FONESZONE will not be the same as foneszone.

If you are entering the fields 100% correctly and you have completed your order by payment via paypal and you still cannot log in then your browser or settings may be incompatible. We recommend Firefox or internet Explorer 6 or higher.

If you havent paid then you will be unable to use our admin area. This area is only for members who have paid in full.

If you cannot log in and you are worried that you will not be able to get your codes dont be, all codes will be sent via email to the address you supplied, so if you think your email address could be wrong please contact us as you will not recieve them. If you havent recieved an email confirming your username password and it is not in your inbox or spam/junk box then there is a good chance this is the case. If you have then the email address we have is correct for you.
